When you have clients that are this amazingly gorgeous, how can you go wrong??!! So I’m driving and driving and I’m told to “look for the lime green car in the driveway.” Interesting right? Yup! I always love that moment when you first meet new people, there’s always that few minutes of the formalities and then you so quickly fall into place and it’s like you’re old friends. This is Jessica, Shane, and I. We cruised around town, did a little trespassing, climbed on stuff any 9mth pregnant woman probably shouldn’t, and laughed our butts off! A seriously great time! Thanks Jessica and Shane for showing me the country side and I can’t wait to see that baby!!!

Remember when I mentioned that photography has been a reunion of sorts? I wasn’t kidding! It was such a great surprise to be contacted by Lisa back in May, again it’s been years since we’ve seen each other. After rescheduling once for weather, we were eager to shoot so we could catch the perfect tide. The huge rain clouds were NOT stopping us this time around and the 3 rain showers during the shoot meant more time laughing and catching up so it couldn’t have been better! And please, they are adorable - all sun kissed and gorgeous!! Here are some of my favourites from our shoot…enjoy!

When Line first contacted me, I just knew that this shoot was going to be awesome. Her hubby is from the easy-going uber cool city of Vancouver, so I knew they would be fun and up for anything…I was right, they wanted to get as many fun and creative shots as possible! You’ve got to know that here in Moncton, we’re going through a SUPER hot July so I have to admit, I was a little concerned about the 38 degree sticky day and that doll of theirs but it turned out to be so fantastic along the water. But seriously, they are so sweet, so in love, and have the most ADORABLE little one - those eyes! This one is going in the “fave vault” for sure!

Aaawww, these images kinda sorta break my heart…look at this adorable little bean and those leg warmers!! Sweet baby M was so amazingly good for our evening shoot, cutting her supper short and changing clothes like a diva! We hung out in her backyard and played, laughed, and enjoyed the gorgeous sunlight, while I clicked away trying to capture her at her best.

Never say never.

I always said I would never shoot weddings and tried to say no to Jenn and Colin but they wore me down! They are persistent to say the least, and sweet, funny, adorable, and totally in love so I guess I lucked out for my first wedding Their backyard is my dream shooting location so I lucked out there too right? Taking up photography has been more like a high school reunion than anything else! Over the last year I’ve met up with some old friends and now I can add Danielle to that growing list. She hasn’t changed one bit and it was just so great to see her after all these years. With her hubby and little ones in tow, we made our way through a local park and chatted about our kids (er, my teenager!) and everything in between. Enjoy!

My boys are busy, so it’s not very often that we all have a free Sunday afternoon so I dragged them out for some much needed face time. They are growing like crazy and with a busy summer ahead, I figured I’d better get some shots of them while I can. They are so cute..er I mean handsome!

Hello blog world! Wow, it’s been TOO long since I’ve posted..with 3 postponed shoots in December and a rest in January, it’s time to get moving again! I’ve known Amber for a few years and was so excited when she contacted me for her maternity photos. The temperatures leading up to this shoot were artic in nature so we lucked out with the warmer weather and gorgeous big snowflakes, plus having a gorgeous pregnant mama and doting hubby help too! Can’t wait to meet their little one!

Freezing. Yup, it was freezing! Morganne was so awesome though…her fingers, ears, and nose were pink but she didn’t want to give up and was still up for laying in the grass and running around on top of parking garages! Thanks again Morganne for the great time!
